In his current role, Tom is responsible for the team of Account Engineers for the customer accounts based out of the London Operations. In this role, he is responsible for ensuring that the insured clients receive high quality engineering services and products that meet the needs of these clients.
Since joining the company in 2006, Tom has served as a field engineer and Account Engineer in London operations, and most recently as a Senior Account Manager, based out of our Maidenhead office.
Prior to joining FM Global, Tom worked as a civil engineer for Balfour Beatty in the railway industry.
Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Leeds and is a Chartered Insurer with the Chartered Insurance Institute.
